"Most Home Breweries are Deep"

Review Comments: Greg Noonan states that most German lauter tuns are 4" to 8" deep, yet you put 20 some-odd lbs of malt in a keg/lauter tun and it's a about 14" deep! I use 1/2 lb per 20lbs batch on my beers, double that for wheats and stouts. My extract effeciency is usually 80%+.
